Jesus has called us to walk alongside the people around us and point them to him - to step into the lives of others, show compassion, share forgiveness, help carry burdens, and challenge them to a better life living according to his will. This is radical withness.
Over the next few months, you’ll hear more about Radical Withness Discipleship. It’s a friendship evangelism initiative at St. Marcus that will kick off officially later this year. The initiative will pair St. Marcus members with individuals within St. Marcus’ community in genuine relationships as fertile ground to plant the seed of the gospel and to cultivate faith.
